I have used Two Men before and have always been pleased. In this case I am beyond pleased and if I could give a rating higher than excellent, I would. Ryan C and Monroe were the best movers. They were polite, excellent customer service, efficient, pleasant and handled the stuff with care. We had some glitches in the building elevator and Ryan and Monroe not only worked with us on the delay but also maintained a calmness that I appreciated. They are good people, excellent movers, efficient, get the job done quickly with care all while being personal and polite. I will always request the two of them and I have had some great movers in the past. I can't say enough about the quality of both guys and what an addition to Two Men and a Truck. Thank you!

Everything was setup wrong
Including my move date .. Bank card information etc. For the amount of money they were going to charge everything should’ve been spot on!

We understand things can get mixed up however, when we spoke to you to verify the credit card information on file you didn't call us back. We would have worked with you to make sure your move went smoothly on the date you needed but we were unable to reach you. You were not charged any kind of cancellation fee for not moving with us and if you had moved with us, I'm sure you would have been more than pleased with our services.</div>

My appt was for 8-9 am. I had scheduled weeks in advance. The office called the morning of my move to tell me I had been moved until the afternoon. I was speechless. I had everything scheduled with friends assisting. Several of them have upcoming moves. You may have just lost their business!! However the actual movers were excellent and very professional.

We had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck. They were fast and friendly and if I need a moving company again I will be sure to use Two Men and a Truck.

Had a few Hick ups with getting paperwork to me. The on-site move team was excellent well mannered and very courteous. Nothing got broke or lost in the move. They were very efficient.

The move experience was good. The drivers were VERY caring and that meant a lot considering the emotional impact the move had on our family. Their concern was genuine and highly appreciated. My only comment for improvement is that the drivers could have moved a bit more fluidly. Their approach was a little too laid-back. I believe they could have moved with a bit more gusto.

Moving to a third floor is very difficult but these men were so strong, professional, courteous, informative as to agreement, and would definitely use them again.
