Due to an emergency we were down a truck and instead of cancelling the move, we scrambled to get it done for you on the same day. <div>Karen, you were booked during our busy season as a second move of the day, which we do not offer start times for. The verbiage as a second move of the day was sent to you, alongside your estimate which was reflective of a move between 3.75-5.75 hours. Our hourly minimum is for 3 hours for a Monday move and we seldom drop that minimum unless the situation is applicable. Your final bill came in at 4.5 hours, falling within in middle of the estimate. The move was completed without damage or incident likely due to the padding a wrapping they did on the furniture before hand.</div>
