The 3 gents we had today were helpful, respectful and very professional. The Office staff here in Virginia Beach are just as helpful.
I got to work with Kim and Austin, they both are really great to work with for all questions were answered with complete professionalism.
This was my second time using them, and still have another to go in a few weeks. I would definitely recommend this Company over and over.

Great Job! I was given a courtesy call the morning of the move. I was assured by the mover that they'll take good care of me. When they arrived Brandon, Addison and Monroe introduced themselves. Very professional and polite and attentive.
I was assured that they will take care of everything and they did!
They were very efficient and secured all my belongings in the truck and to my new residence.
They did a Great Job and highly recommend using this moving company.

Very little quality control over the team by supervisor. Four workers individual performance varied from excellent to poor. One worker was constantly sitting and resting. Everything he did just appeared to be a bother for him to complete. Many pieces of fine antique furniture (cherry, oak, mahogany, and walnut) drawers or doors were secured with several wraps of packing tape vice shrink wrap, marring and leaving adhesive residue on furniture. Departed Virginia Beach at 1:15pm for a 100 mile two hour drive. Called supervisors phone around 4:00pm and got voice message. Called second time at 5:11pm and got an answer. I was told they were still 12 miles out. Trucks arrived approximately 25 minutes later. I asked that household be moved in first, items from storage be unloaded second. Denied re

They broke my support beam on my bed and didn’t move everything in my apartment.

Office was great in scheduling. Moving team was on time.
A glass shelf shattered in the first 30 min of move.
After the team left we noticed 3 different floor lamps were damaged at the bases.
We noticed dining room table kegs were missing.
- left a voicemail , no call back
- texted Two days in a row, no reply
-4th day called again and talked to a rep. No follow up.
Why?

The movers were not expert on how to disassemble and assemble the furniture. Took them very long. The movers were not expert of how to maneuver and fit the furniture out and inside the house. The movers, left blankets behind and took a door of a room without putting it back. The movers were not organized on unloading and reassemble the furniture in am organized way and that caused a huge damage of my Italian sliding curved glass door for my china cabinet. The company never called me back after my many attempt of contacting them immediately after the movers left and days after I still haven’t received a call back from the management on how they will deal with my damage and Brocken glass sliding door. 3 man, one truck for 2bedroom townhome took them 9 hours. Second move of day. Small move. Didn't arrive until 4pm. 9pm before done. Price went over high end of estimate. One piece damaged. Filled out damage report. Said would get a call next day. Been 3 days and still haven't heard from anyone.

One lamp base was broken and not marked on delivery sheet. It should have been packed better as it has been moved by same company before.

I felt they were good and helpful. The onley problem was. men broke the exit sign at the building from where I moved from. And I hope you will take care of that. Thank you.

We had the movers set up a queen bed, but they did not put the screws in the metal frame. They chipped a four inch long piece of glass off the table top of our glass table. I'm sure it was an accident but now every time I set foot in the living room my mind and eyes go directly to the broken corner of the table. It's always been my favorite piece of furniture that we have ever owned.
