Pleased with the overall service. The team arrived as scheduled. They were very courteous and professional. Team leader Jon took time to explain the process. The entire team Jon, Shawn and Brian were very courteous, respectful and professional handling our possessions with care. I would not hesitate to use Two Men and a Truck for future needs and gladly recommend them to anyone.

Our move was scheduled for noon. The movers didn’t arrive until 3:30. A simple phone call to alert us that they were running late would have been nice. Also, I had and appointment and had to leave at 5:00, so they had 1 1/2 hours for my move. They did move the furniture, but left the t.v, computer, monitor, and some of the suitcases. They also put a gash in our staircase post.

From the initial contact with Kim, and the phone call from Monroe letting me know they were enroute, I was very impressed with not only their professionalism, but their sincere friendliness. The crew arrived as planned, and could not have been nicer to work with. Monroe, Michael and Kevon were so efficient as well as courteous, that the entire move went smoothly. I am very grateful to them!

The company was not forthcoming. Called to have 1 sm rm moved to an area 7 miles away. Receipt logged 37 miles. I was book for a minimum of 2 hours at $125 an hour. 1 hr for co. travel time to arrive at my house & again to get to there next job! This was not disclosed. Looked to charge more before job done. Damaged furnature and co. has not called to address issue. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We are so sorry you feel we did not communicate clearly with you regarding the time and charges. We provided you an estimate for our 2 hour minimum which is $250 and that is what you were charged. The round trip drive time was included in the estimate you were given. Your total round trip drive time was just over 30 minutes, but please be assured the drive time did not impact your charges in any way. You were quoted $250 for 2 hours and you were charged $250 for 2 hours. I hope this helps clarify your time and charges. Again, we regret you were not satisfied with the service we provided.

Overall experience was good and will likely use their service again. The 2 guys that came to do the moving of our appiances from the store to our house were very courteous and professional. The refrigerator we purchased were to big for our door and these two guys when offered help in taking the handles off to try to make it work for us. Thank you for the efforts and service.

When I first reached out... I was the one who needed to follow up, but then things went smoothly and in moving the piano... they damaged one of the stairs of my 4 step front porch.
