Amazing experience. The 4 men worked well together, and made this crazy move seem easy.

I have to say I was VERY impressed. The movers were on time, very personable and got what we needed done under the time estimated. I was only moving across the street from one apartment to another. It was so much easier than moving the big stuff ourselves. We will utilize them again in the future when we finally move to a house. Thanks again!

The men who moved our office were absolutely professional, courteous, and hard working. The office staff - meh. I was given incorrect information that adversely effected our move. The team was to go to a second location first, then to our main location. By reversing this we required more time and a second truck. I was told I would have 4 men and only 2 showed up. While you hourly charge was altered to reflect this, it made our staff an others involved in our move stay longer on site - adding more hours to their paychecks! When I called Andrew Auld about these issues he was unavailable to the phone. While this is totally understandable, he never returned my phone call! The person I ended up talking to was able to easily resolve the problems, and to my satisfaction, no apology!

over all the experience was good. Team was quick and got us unloaded well before the estimated time, so that saved us $$. Would have given the moving team an excellent, but my wife found two significant dents in our children's black dresser after something heavy had been laid on top of it. Otherwise very professional and courteous to my family.

The guys were great and had such a good attitude. You could tell they really enjoy what they do and made the experience fun. They were so helpful and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. I have used other moving companies in the past; however this is my first in Virginia. Great experience, great company.

With no prior warning a hospital bed was delivered for my Dad. The regular bed was extremely heavy. It needed to be moved and I could not do it.
The office staff went out of her way to facilitate this move by calling some people in to do the job. The movers were on time and removed the bed from my Mom and Dadandacirc;??s apartment to my house and set it up. They were very nice and helpful.
I will definitely use them again.
I do believe they need some flexibility in their price rate for very small moves. That is my only suggestion.

It was our first time having movers instead of doing it ourselves- definitely worth it! They were great.

The movers came in and were so pleasant and polite, they really took care of my belongings, and we plan on requesting them again!

I was in a quandary...my first call, needed a Dominoandacirc;??s move, to kids houses, storage, and new houses..distribution of home..I spoke to Denise, within moments she unscrambled my brain, gave me total peace of mind..weandacirc;??ve done two segments of our move..another tomorrow out of town, then one more...the three Moverandacirc;??s JON, TYWAN AND WILLIAM...WOW...nothing was too much...kept me at peace...will see them again, in the am...the peace your company brought us was PERFECTION...CAN NEVER THANK YOUR COMPANY ENOUGH..DENISE, YOU ARE A GIFT..MANY MANY THANKS.
