i appreciated the friendliness, politeness, sense of humor in our conversations & professionalism of the 4 gentlemen--they really listened & met my needs(whims), :) esp when unloading & placing all my items in correct rooms---they helped to ease the stressfulness of my day--
my personal property was not broken or damaged, & that was a most important concern for me--

Had a storage unit and apartment full to move to a new location with LOTS of stairs involved. These young gentlemen were friendly, hardworking, kept moving and did not complain or slack a bit. They were very mindful of my belongings and where I would like them placed. They really gave it their all. In short, amazing.

The three men who came to help us move were wonderful! Many thanks to them.

I had the best two days with David and Mawuko. Their professionalism and work ethic was unbelievable. They both made this stessful event for myself and my son, stress free. I can not say enough about them and the company. I defiantly would recommend Two Men and a Truck. Thank you and your movers.

It was three men and a truck for me, and all three of them were very professional, efficient, polite and friendly. I will be happy to recommend your company to my friends.

Two complaints: One is that two of our chairs were not covered and it appears that something heavy was set on each of them, placing an indent in both of them.

Second: I had to be the one to call the office about these chairs, even though the movers took the chairs back to the office.

That was a bit disappointing. The moving were great!

Movers damaged apartment wall and sofa. They were not working together in unison. One pulling and rushing caused damage.
Repair man you sent did not complete the wall repair and did a poor job. He didn't paint it per your instructions.
He put liquid vinyl on the sofa damage and left a "scab" appearance.
This is not what I call repair especially the wall. Not painting it is an INCOMPLETE job. No one told me upon hiring you that any repairs needed would only be half done.

Overall, we are very happy with 2M&T. Really, the only problems were that some of the information on the computer did not make it to the team on the ground—they didn’t know to bring garment bags (D.Meyers made extra trip to bring them); they weren’t told we did not want the additional insurance—and these things slowed us down. Devin and Mawko were outstanding. They were efficient AND careful; professional AND friendly; they never wasted any time, they packed very carefully. One piece of furniture that was damaged is, in my view, a freakish exception—I saw them put the bookshelf in the truck and secure it properly. I have nothing but the highest praise for them.

The movers were patient and put things where we wanted them and insured our furnitures was well taken care of.
