I moved everything but the furniture before the movers arrival. I had very few things and thought it should be within the 2 hour minimum or less but because the daybed I have needed to be taken apart and they didn’t have the proper tool to do that I had to do a lot of running around to find one. They tried moving without taking it apart and were very careful but reached a point where they couldn’t go any further. So, it took much longer than expected.

Not told because I had a week delay in pickup/delivery that items would be unloaded and reloaded - just put in locked storage. I had a mirror broken, desk piece destroyed, bottom of my piano trashed (out of tune now), chair seat ripped off, a shelf missing and scratches and dings on everything. Very disappointed. They replaced my desk piece and mirror (unfortunately it was an antique which cannot be replaced) and repaired the piano and chair. I did not get my shelf replaced and told it is not going to happen. I will have to purchase the wood and have it done myself. It took more than 3 weeks to get anything replaced or fixed - plus multiple phone calls. The delivery movers were great and very careful. The damage was done some time prior to that. I will not use or recommend again.

The two men were very friendly and listened to us regarding our items. We moved interstate and all worked out well.

The movers were very curteous, professional, careful and fast. They also had the best price. With a two hour minimum at the quoted hourly rate, they were by far the best option and we didn't loose the quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Actually, I already have.

The move went very well. No one got hurt and nothing got broken, can't ask for anything more!
