Since joining our team in 2017, Mark has been a key player in helping our business grow, leading his teams with dedication and heart. His leadership has played a major role in shaping who we are today.

A true country guy at heart, Mark finds fulfillment in being part of a team that serves both individuals and entire communities. He’s passionate about providing exceptional customer service and always aims to leave people not just satisfied, but genuinely delighted. For Mark, it all starts with the team—he believes happy, appreciated employees are the foundation of great service. Hayli’s journey with us started in sales, where she crushed goals, built awesome customer relationships, and led the team with unmatched energy and heart!

Outside of work, Hayli is a proud new mom, a music lover, and regularly fellowships with her church community. She’s also got a great sense of humor and never misses a chance to watch a good stand-up comedy show.

Whether she’s motivating the team or dancing to her favorite playlist, Hayli brings positivity, passion, and a whole lot of fun to everything she does. We’re lucky to have her on the team!

Known for her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction, Jennifer ensures every claim is resolved smoothly and efficiently. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new hobbies, and making the most of life's moments.

I’m Izaih Filikitonga, and I’ve been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for over two years. I started as a mover and quickly became a driver. Furthermore, I enjoy the variety in my work and learning new skills every day. My goal is to one day open my own franchise and help people start new chapters in their lives. Outside of work, I spend time with my girlfriend and our dogs. I’m a homebody who enjoys relaxing and playing video games. I’m excited about the future and committed to providing great service.

With 8-9 years in the moving industry, I’ve mastered everything from heavy lifting to creating seamless customer experiences. When I’m not on the job, you’ll find me weight training or training for boxing—staying active and focused keeps me sharp. As a manager, what excites me most is the chance to support my team in new and creative ways. Whether it’s solving problems, providing guidance, or just making sure we’re all working together as a team, I’m all about creating an environment where everyone can thrive!

At work, I manage the accounting functions of the company, which include bookkeeping, payroll, ensuring job accuracy, and overseeing employee benefits, among other responsibilities. I love my job because it challenges me daily and inspires me to deepen my knowledge of my tasks, the company, and the industry as a whole. Outside of work, I enjoy a range of hobbies, such as reading, playing Minecraft and Animal Crossing, working out, playing tennis, and watching wrestling. I also have a passion for crafts and am eager to learn how to sew. In the future, I aspire to grow my family, and continue advancing in my career.

Meet Sierra! As a recruiter at our Arlington location, Sierra plays a crucial role in bringing new talent on board and helping us build strong teams. Her cool and calm demeanor makes her a reassuring presence for both new and current employees, ensuring they feel at ease in their roles.

Outside of work, Sierra enjoys hanging out with friends and attending as many concerts as she can. We're thrilled to have her on our team!

I have been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for 4 years now, and I enjoy being the Team Lead because it challenges me to assist in creating the best team we can have! Opening our new franchise is Weatherford is amazing, and I am so excited to watch us continue to grow. I am a mother of 3, and we are a big Disney family, between the parks, movies and shows. We love to go on vacations to new places and just enjoy the adventure!

When she’s not helping customers find the perfect moving solution with her signature blend of skill, charm, and unstoppable can-do attitude, Brianna is busy building creative masterpieces! Hand her a pile of Legos and a free afternoon, and she’ll craft something so impressive you’d swear it was straight out of a blockbuster movie. Whether she’s belting out ballads on her daily drive, serenading the team during break time, or rocking karaoke night with all the confidence and soul, her voice lights up every room she enters. And when she’s not making music herself, you’ll find her front and center at live concerts, soaking up every beat and dancing like nobody’s watching. Off the clock, Brianna’s favorite duet partner and biggest fan is her son. Together, they’re an unstoppable duo. Sharing belly laughs, building the coolest Lego creations, and making memories that last a lifetime.
From closing deals to hitting high notes, Brianna pours energy, creativity, and heart into everything she does. She’s the kind of teammate who lifts everyone around her and brightens the day simply by being herself—and honestly, we wouldn’t want it any other way!

Cassandra has been a valued member of our Customer Service Representative team since Fall 2022! She loves the supportive work environment at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and the encouragement from her coworkers. Originally from Arlington, Cassandra enjoys helping others and appreciates the chance to assist customers. In her free time, she likes playing video games and watching her favorite shows. Jarret Don Carlos joined our team on February 5th and has quickly become a valued part of the crew. As a full-time online college student, Jarret appreciates the flexibility we offer, allowing him to balance his academic responsibilities while continuing to grow professionally. His strong work ethic and positive attitude make him a great fit for our fast-paced environment.

Outside of work and school, Jarret enjoys staying active by playing sports and spending time giving back to his community. He regularly volunteers at his church, where he finds fulfillment in helping others and staying connected.
