Overall the team was great, until the end. I didn’t catch it until I started moving boxes around, they put a vast majority of boxes in the living room that were clearly labeled “Garage” or “Shop” or “Storage”. we discussed with the crew ahead of time that boxes labeled as such would go in the garage. Working alone, I’ve spent nearly an entire day getting them to the right spot. FRUSTRATING
Response
Brandon, we’re so sorry to hear about the frustration this caused after your move. That is not the experience we want for our customers, especially after discussing placement ahead of time. We appreciate you taking the time to share this with us. A manager left a voicemail for you this morning and would like to talk through the situation and make sure your concerns are addressed. Please give us a call back at your earliest convenience.

Jose' and Ladarius were great. They were professional and handled my belongings as if they were their own. Friendly, personable, and caring. Please tell them "thank you" again for taking such good care of me. I have used Two Men and a Truck several times in the past and I have never been disappointed.

My moving team couldn’t have been more professional. They gave my furniture the care it required to get moved without any damage. They were also very polite and didn’t waste time. I will not hesitate to use Two Men and a Truck again and will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Two Men and a Truck!
