thé team showed up late. they took their sweet time putting everything in the truck (3 hours). they made faces when i said what i needed taken. told me they couldn’t unhook my w/d and wasn’t told i needed to. broke my cat tree, broke part of my bookshelf. half took apart my bed frame. the last time i moved, they took two hours and they moved less for 200$. this time it was $700. i want a refund

Expensive items were left unattended quite a bit on different floors of the building. I was brining things down too and one trip for them would equate to three trips from door to truck for me. This took a lot longer than it should have.

Two men and a truck moving service were amazing. From Katie in the office helping me on the phone work out a payment plan she was so patient, sweet, and very understanding. Then the movers Adrian, Melvin, and Charlie were very polite, sufficient, and careful with all my belongings. They had great workmanship and were a little pricey lol, but I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
