Mandi has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team overall since 2015. After joining our San Antonio team in 2021, she enjoys working alongside customers and building relationships in the area. Outside of work, you can find her spending time at the zoo, baking, or cooking,

Meet Marrissia, our valued HR Generalist! Originally from Texas, she relocated to Omaha, NE when her husband was stationed there and found her calling with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Even though she's back in her hometown, Marrissia is eager to continue making a difference in her role, supporting our employees in achieving success and reaching their goals. Outside of work, you'll often find her immersed in quality time with her four boys, whether they're bouncing around at the jump park or sampling the delights of new local restaurants.

Steve joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family in December of 2014 when he purchased the San Antonio franchises with his two brothers. Even though he rarely gets on the trucks these days, he is involved in the business and focuses on how he can help each member of his team move forward. Outside of work, Steve loves to watch his Hawkeyes and spend time with his family.

Kevin joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family in Dec 2014 with his two brothers. Aside from working with his co-workers, Kevin enjoys watching Iowa football and playing golf. His favorite core value is “Be your best and have fun” and it’s been a lot of fun having him here the past 5 years!

Justin joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system in June 2008, starting as a driver before being promoted to General Manager. After gaining valuable experience, he bought his first franchise in 2013. He is passionate about helping employees reach their full potential and creating career growth opportunities within the company.

Justin is married to his high school sweetheart, Jill, and they have two wonderful children. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities with family and friends, including cycling, running, triathlons, fishing, and hunting—particularly duck hunting, which he’s extremely passionate about.

Doug has progressively moved forward with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK over his years multiple years of employment. He started as a driver back in 2016, then promoted to team lead, customer care manager, operations manager, and now General Manager. Doug's favorite core value is "Care". Outside of work, you can find him playing sports and spending time with his wife and 3 kids.

Shannon started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK nine years ago as a Risk and Safety Specialist, which she excelled at. During her time in that position, she progressed within the company and eventually landed and earned the position of the Chief Operating Officer for the Two Men and a Truck franchise within the Elevated Opportunity Group.
With a keen eye for sharp talent and drive, Shannon has become known for her will to foster key individuals within her team and develop each one into a successful leader. Her vision to foster growth, potential, and empowerment within her team has not only shown success/expansion of the TMT Elevated Opportunity Group but within the talented staff.
Outside of work, Shannon values spending time with her family especially when taking a trip back to Michigan to see her loved ones. She loves spending time and engaging in activities in the great outdoors and attending country music concerts where she can unwind and immerse herself in the sounds and energy!

Joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in May 2001, Christie delved into the realms of Human Resources and Risk Management. Collaborating with an extraordinary team, she is dedicated to cultivating a safe, enjoyable, and family-like atmosphere. Witnessing individuals progress in their careers with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brings her special fulfillment. Beyond work, Christie finds pleasure in cake decorating, sports watching, and quality time with family and friends!

In October 2021, Dan became the Chief Financial Officer for our Elevated Opportunity Group, leaving behind his role as an Accounting Support Specialist at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. With 16 years of Accounting experience, he now oversees finances for 15 companies, including multiple TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® locations. Outside of work, Dan enjoys time with his large family and tending to his vegetable garden in the summer, nurturing both people and plants.

Matt has been a member of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team since August 2017. He started out as a mover and worked his way up to a Team Lead in Operations. In 2018, he started Bookkeeping for our Accounting team and thrived on his passion for numbers and customer service overall. During Matt’s free time, he enjoys going to the gym and building computers. He appreciates the opportunity and experience TWO MEN AND A TRUCK provides, and is eager to move people forward.

Katie is thrilled to be part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in San Antonio, Texas. Each day, she enjoys the fast-paced work environment and being able to help customers with their upcoming move. Having moved 3 times in 7 years, she understands how stressful moving can be and is happy to be extra attentive to the customers! In her free time, you can find Katie at a live music concert, attending local events, and spending time with friends/family.

David is new to joining the San Antonio team, but he has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for over 9 years. Most recently he was a General Manager of a location in Michigan and is bringing his years of experience to Texas. David helps oversee 14 locations around the United States and is determined winner. He truly lives the company core values, and we are excited to have his knowledge in our corner!

Aaron is the Weekend Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® A Boerne, Texas native, he started with the company as a driver before moving into management. Before joining the moving industry, Aaron worked as a welder, where he developed the strong work ethic and leadership skills he brings to his team today. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. Aaron is passionate about providing great customer service and helping make every move a positive experience.

Jay is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. After 8 years of service, he received an his honorable discharge. And, in 2017, he became a mover/driver in the DC Metro area. Jay joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2021 as a Customer Service Representative. In 2024 he joined the San Antonio team. One year later, Jay transitioned to Operations in New Braunfels, TX. Shortly after, Jay shifted over to the San Antonio West location where he currently serves as Operations manager.

Danielle is a Customer Service Representative with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, bringing over 12 years of experience in the moving industry with most of those spent serving senior. She began as a packer and advanced to a Director role, giving her a full understanding of every stage of the moving process. She is passionate about helping families navigate transitions with care, compassion, and confidence while ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and playing disc golf.

I'm proud to be from Portsmouth, Virginia, and have been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for the past 2.5 years, providing dependable service and helping customers through every move. I also have 10 years of service in the U.S. Army Reserve, where I developed strong leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills that I bring to my work every day.
