The gentleman that were assigned to my route were AMAZING! Moving can be a stressful event in itself so my seeing their positive attitude and professionalism had a great impact! Their knowledge in answering my questions, being efficient & timely also made this moving experience that much better! Great employees are hard to retain. Moving team moved all large items but didn’t take everything. When I asked them to take a table I missed, the guy complained that he had to rearrange the truck for the table.
I also thought it was a bit strange that they abruptly left without doing a final check. They also left a bunch of packing paper I didn’t ask for.
That’s why I gave it 3 stars, I felt the service was mediocre given the price

Mother was sent home on hospice from hospital. In less than 24 hours the staff was here emptied her room so we could add medical equipment and took it to storage. From beginning to end I had a stress free experience during such a difficult time in my life. I will forever be thankful. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
