Very good experience in a very stressful move. Will use Two Men and a Truck again.

The movers called ahead to inform of the arrival time...There was a traffic delay, and they called again!! The movers were open, talking and had great attitudes. They also worked very fast and maintained a great work ethic and personality.

The staff at the office was super friendly in very nice however the Movers didn't take much care of our stuff. While unpacking we could see the lack of care in the moving and on top of that while backing up the truck they hit the property where our things were supposed to be dropped. I had to fill out a property damage report and it was a very bad way of starting my Lease. I've used Two Men and a Truck 3 times before and I've never had these type of inconvenients. I think these things need to be taken care of.

My only complaint is that I was not told that a refrigerator could not be moved to the second floor of our town home until 90% of our belongings were loaded onto the moving truck, so after paying $1000 to the moving company, I had to pay someone else to move my refrigerator upstairs. Most homes in the area I was moving to have kitchens and/or laundry rooms on upper floors, so I feel this is something that should have been asked and addressed by the intake staff in the initial conversation. Had I of know this issue ahead of time, I would have consulted other moving companies.
With that being said, the 3 guys that I worked with - worked hard and got the job done very well.

The movers were fast and careful. They didn't waste anytime and were very hard workers. The office team was great too! I have absolutely no complaints. My husband's jokes that next time we move, even though we are in Oklahoma, we are calling the Katy Two Men and A Truck location to move us again.

Movers were friendly & courteous. Management was excellent in their care for my concerns.

The only issue I had was that the movers did not have tools to take my bed apart. Luckily I had the tools needed.

I think exceptional is an understatement in regards to how this company performed. Clearly outlined what to expect and delivered on it all. Office staff was friendly and very helpful. The movers were excellent. They were on time, courteous and very professional. They came in with the intention of the getting the job done. There was not one time I looked up and they weren't moving. I couldn't have been any happier with the service provided. The three gentleman on that move deserve major kudos. They are the dream team. Cohesive and worked really well together.

Fantastic service. Arrived on time, treated our property as if it were their own, and were efficient!
