Our move went fantastic. Mark and Roger were absolutely professional, helpful, and flexible. We were moving out of state with an 8 month old and they definitely helped keep the stress to a minimum. Have already recommended your company to friends of ours as we would recommend those guys to anyone!!!

My movers were great. They took time to understand what I need and followed direction. They wrapped all of my valuables and treated them with care.

The guys did a great job! They called when they were running ahead of schedule, were prompt to arrive and get started. They hustled!! Never complained, even when we asked to have additional items added - my only gripe (which is VERY small), was they lost the 3 screws needed for our dresser mirror...they thought they left them at the house, but we never found them -- and still don't have that piece put together :(. But, like I said -- that was minimal. Might recommend in the future to bag those up and tape to the back of the furniture so they aren't lost. We would definitely call again if moving in the future and will recommend to our friends/family!

Workers were very thorough and concerned that their job was done well and to our satisfaction. They were very careful with all of our furniture, and everything was in the same exact condition at the end of the move. They also assisted to disassemble and reassemble pieces very quickly, which was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to move quickly and safely for a very fair price!

The guys were fantastic but I had a pricing issue. I was given a different rate on the phone then I was given by the movers. I did not want to argue with the people who were going to be moving me and my valuables so I let it go. Also I paid with credit and I couldn't add a tip, that needs to be added to the sheet. Other than that it was great.

However our CSR Linzi emailed you an updated quote on 10/11 with our 3-man rate because she recognized that it would save you money. In the long run, your move would have been more expensive with 2 men, so you actually saved money. We do apologize if this was not communicated fully, but rest assured, we were looking out for you! Also, we do appreciate your desire to leave a tip - they can always be added on to your credit card by calling our office directly at 817-633-6683. We do appreciate your business and hope to work with you again when the time comes.</div>
