I'm still waiting on a manager to call to discuss the lengthy list of issues. I hired you to move 2 households and the movers didn't get everything at either location because the truck wasn't big enough and they won't make a second trip without additional charges. We moved a significant portion of our belongings ourselves and still have items at both houses we will have to move or arrange to have moved. They used a box knife to remove plastic wrap and cut 2 pieces of leather furniture, a giant hold ripped in a mattress that wasn't wrapped, drug heavy furniture across hand scraped wood floors and left giant scratches, didn't put boxes where they was supposed to go (clearly marked) so we had to carry them from the garage, unable to move furniture upstairs without our help, lots of issues

the team arrived on time which was good, but they seemed to take their time slowly moving our items, which added significantly to the time and was far above what we were quoted. the team also took much longer than necessary to arrive at the new location. they were following right behind me but arrived at the apartment 20 minutes after i had. one member also dropped a mini fridge and damages occurred. when i asked about it, i was lied to and said it fell only on its back and not far. a family member witnessed it being dropped off of a box flat on its front. damages also occurred to drywall in our house, specifically on the corners of walls and the paint and drywall were chipped.

The movers were great.
The only negative is that they did not wrap the items before moving them.
But overall they were great.

I had a two part move. FIRST, a temporary partial move to storage for a couple of months. Then, last week, I moved 2000+ miles. I had a storage facility involved on this end as well. Even with all of the confusion, there was only one piece of furniture that was damaged and I am waiting to hear from them about that, but feel certain I will. There were only a few small things broken that I’ve found so far, but it is due to how WE packed them in the boxes. That’s not the movers fault. They were very careful and worked really hard. This was a very big move and I was extremely happy with the professionalism these guys displayed.

The move schedule didn't go as planned. 3 guys vs 4 showed up; they talked me into getting second truck which didn't arrive until several hours later. Had the second crew showed up with the first, I think the move would have gone much quicker but instead my wife and I had to be split up as she had to go with first guys to start moving in while I stayed behind waiting for second crew. This stretched out our move day from like 9:30am to 11pm. Some furniture and boxes not placed in proper rooms, one piece of furniture was incorrectly assembled, banged up our freshly painted walls, scratched a few pieces. The office manager did work with me a bit on the bill to level out the time it took but I think it would have taken a lot less time had a full team been working together vs separately.

Well, the crew was great and good sports for moving me in the rain, they were respectful and quick. Although they had brought it to my attention everything I had broken, and I had a few things...but they made no mention of my aquarium, the side was cracked, which makes me think they broke it. I don't know but I don't remember seeing it cracked when I saw it in the storage room. Just had to say that because it make me wonder.

The move was great. So far, only one broken item. Team was efficient and helpful and friendly. Actual cost was in-line with estimate which was very reasonable. Everyone showed up on time and worked hard and asked good questions and were mindful of taking care of our stuff. Two things that could be worked on: making sure to better cover floors and carpet at the destination and it would be great if you could haul away boxes. Will definitely use again for any local moves and will recommend to friends and neighbors.

Minimal damage to my property, but they didn't load everything, and they pretty much set everything in a few main areas of the new house (i.e. boxes marked "kitchen" found in garage).

All parties at Two Men and a Truck were very friendly and professional. The movers had to take our front door off the hinges to get our refrigerator in and did a good job with that. They left a small scratch on the door. Had it not been a brand new house, I don't think we would have noticed but other than that, everything was good.
