Micah, Jared, and Myles did a great job! Especially appreciated the way they shrink-wrapped the furniture so that it didn't get damaged. They also worked fairly quickly.

I was extremely impressed with the moving team. They were efficient and very caring when it came to me I’m a recent cancer survivor, and they continually checked on me and my well-being. Very Professional! The two young men were very kind and polite. Rating: 5++++++++

Two drawers in the kitchen were not packed. Boxes were stacked in front of the drawers and we were unable to check them. Two drawers in the master bathroom were not packed. Jewelry box was tipped UPSIDE down on the truck. Thankfully that was costume jewelry and nothing was damaged. Cleaning items were packed we asked not to be packed.
At the new home movers damages the hall wall and an archway leading in to the hall. Driver crashed into my new neighbors mail box damaging it.

When going from the old apartment to the new apartment (2 miles apart), we did not see or hear from the movers for over an hour. I attempted to call them and the office, and neither would answer. We were close to contacting the police. It was horrible. Also had a TV break (still haven't heard anything back on that) and damages to a TV stand and chair. The movers were very nice, but this quality of work is just unacceptable.

The team was very professional and courteous. The true mark of great customer service is not if something goes wrong, but what is done when someone does. We had a piece of glass broken, and y’all took care of it right away. It is that kind of service that will encourage me to recommend you to others as well as coming back for my moving needs.

We had 7 men moving our home. I felt like it was prepared for them to come in and get things moving. I felt like it was longer then necessary. They did not have to break down beds or furniture. Boxes were packed and organized. I have found numerous broken boxes with broken items inside as well as some scratches and broken filing cabinet. I have footprints on items where they stood on the item to load the truck. I am not happy with this. The door on my china hutch is not working properly (most likely because it was hit or crammed when it was lifted by the movers. Marketing was at my house for over an hour that day, talking to my husband and the lead man Zach. Pictures were taken of the crew on my time (this was resolved). I have moved over 30 times this was the worst move ever.
