I am not the client, however I am the one who called in for my mother and dealt with the office team to get information as well as set up the appointment. I spoke to two different individuals and both were very professional, thorough, and quite pleasant to deal with. Although, I was not there the actual day of the move, I was informed by my mother and brother who were at the home when the movers arrived that they were very happy with the service and the time it took to complete the move. This was a surprise to me for the simple reason that my mother and brother are not typically easy to satisfy as customers. Thank you so much for making them feel comfortable, and for providing a positive experience in what can be a stressful situation.

The office staff was quite helpful in coordinating the movers with the requested time provided. However, the moving staff of 2 was an hour late which caused delay in the overall move process. Although 2 additional support staff arrived after 4pm, the move of furniture (from one floor to another part of the building) remained unfinished. The move of furniture and heavy boxes were not completed till after 8:30pm; the official start time after the walk-through was closer to 3:30pm. Because proper tools were not brought to the move site, one final desk could not be taken apart and moved till the following morning (only after my Director called to complain); thus, delaying our IT reconnection. Directors and Managers were not too happy with the overall process.

This has been my second time using Two Men and a Truck, and I have been delighted with the efficiency and service both times. The first time was a local move, from one apartment to the other in Corpus Christi. The second time was a move from Corpus to San Antonio. Each time, I was very happy with how organized and courteous the workers were. Five stars!

I was very please with the men that moved my belongings to the Pod in my driveway . They were curtious and professional . I was impressed that they took such care wrapping my furniture in plastic to protect it.
