I have used your services several times, and this was my first bad experience. The movers were fantastic as always, but the person who set up my service made a terrible mistake. I needed 4 vending machines moved, and she scheduled a Ram Promaster van instead of an actual box truck. This delayed the installation of my machines, and cause me to be late to my other job. This also made a lot more work for the movers, as they were only able to place 1 vending machine in the van, and it was difficult for them to secure it. This will not prevent me from using your services again in the future. Mistakes happen, and I'm sure my next experience will your company will be perfect as it normally is =)

Unfortunately they did not clear all the cupboards and there was stuff that was not moved to new location. This is very inconvinient . But they did work hard for 2 days and put most things where I wanted them. Thank you

The two guys had a good attitude until they arrived at the new house to unload. At that point one of the two (Frank) began to complain about the heat, not having a good working ac in their truck and wanting to quit which I can understand but at that point he began dragging noticeably. It ended up taking much longer than the time quoted because of it. I did have to keep them well hydrated which I dont mind but they should be supplied with a cooler of Gatorades as hot as it was. The other gentleman whose name I forget was nothing but professional and respectful throughout the process.

Richard and Richard were our movers! Had 2 hrs to getmoved! They never stopped working! They were pleasant, respectful, & hard working!

My move team, Ricky, Kermit, and Joe, were AWESOME. They gave me an "enroute" call and we're very prompt. Ricky was very thorough in explaining the move process. Kermit and Joe made quick work of moving boxes and my aunt's queen size bed....all the while dealing with an assisted living facility which has only one elevator! Would highly recommend this company and especially this team of three.
