The guys who moved our home were polite, on time, worked hard. They just damaged so much of our property I can’t give them more than two stars. Expensive items weren’t wrapped properly - or wrapped at all. It was unacceptable. Other than that, office manager was immediately responsive and helpful, and the move was on time from start to finish.
Response
Kelly, I am sorry to hear about your experience. While we’re glad to hear the crew was polite, hardworking, and that our office manager was responsive, we understand the frustration regarding the damages to your property. We’re actively working through the claims process with you and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Great well run company. Crew showed up on time and were very efficient in the move. They called to let us know they were on the way. Move went perfect. Would use them again.

Sean is a start. I've worked with him for a few years now, both personally and for my office. He's always quick to respond and gets me scheduled right away. My moving team of TJ and Alex, were great guys that got the job done. Listened to how I need things staged for offloading and my home and things flowed flawlessly. Love Two Men and a Turck!
Response

Mike
decent moving service, but a few large items were left at the house and a couple long breaks were taken and a few times there were guys standing around talking instead of loading and hauling. I was only moving 9 doors down and the "staging" of everything took far too long instead of taking a couple of loads. Team was kind, thoughtful, and respectful. Tough job.
Response
Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear the team was kind, thoughtful, and respectful, but we understand your frustration with the pace and items being left behind. That’s not the level of efficiency we aim to provide. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your move and see where we can improve — please feel free to call us at 512-416-6800 to go over the details. We appreciate your feedback.
