William and Robert were fantastic to work with! If there was a way to rate them "Excellent and then some" we totally would.

The young men who were hired for my load in were outstanding. Couldn't have had a better crew for the emergency situation I was in. The office staff was great to in understanding upon payment, it was declined. I was embarrassed, but only to find out I was 50cent short!! We all got a laugh out of it. I contacted them the following day informing them their is enough funds to carry out the payment. Thanks again!!

One of the movers kept my key and they havent returned it after they called and promise to left ir 3 days in a row. I dont know when i will be getting it back

They were very courteous, thorough and efficient. I was VERY happy with their help. It was not an easy move since we combined 2 houses into one 2-story house, so they earned their pay! Great job, guys!

The guys showed up on time, were easy to talk to, and got right to work. They took great care to ensure the furniture was wrapped and protected, and treated my gear like it was their own. Unloading and moving into the new place was again fast and smooth. For local moves I would not consider working with anyone else, and will recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to everyone I know that needs something moved.

Absolute worst moving experience I have ever had. Movers were not prepared to help pack, it took over 8 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment and an abundant amount of items were left behind, and my bed box spring had dirt and leaves on it. The office staff was extremely rude and offered no help. I have never received such horrible customer service, and would never refer anyone to this company.

The guys sent worked nonstop to meet the quote time, I greatly appreciated their hard work.

I hired Two Men & a Truck a year ago to move because I had bigger more expensive items I wanted to be handled with care. The two guys who came last time wrapped every item with care & even got every piece of furniture to my new place without one scratch. That was NOT the case this time. There were three guys, & one of them got in a hurry. He used a metal dolly to move some of my wooden pieces of furniture several times WITHOUT a covering. He even face planted one of my brand new nightstands in the parking lot before bringing in to my new apartment. Had he covered it up before putting it on the dolly, it may not have received the damages it did. The company then gave me a hard time about taking care of the damages caused by their employee.

Dontae and Alex took care of my things carefully and quickly. They were friendly. Great experience.

I've used TM&T multiple times but this was the worst experience. My furniture was sloppily handled & was not wrapped- the guys managed to damage my expensive bedroom furniture (dresser, bedframe, headboard, bed-rails, and night-table), couch, loveseat, & a picture that has moved with me for over 20 years w/out incident. Mover #1 has likely never moved before & it clearly showed. He also injured Mover #2 but instead of calling Mover #3 to help, left incapable Mover #1 to hold a couch by himself. Mover #1couldn't move furniture with help, let alone w/out, but who walks away leaving a guy hold heavy furniture? Mover #3 had a knee injury & was sent to a 3rd floor move. Cooperate should have known better but they also just said, "damage happens" when I reported claim. Unacceptable on all counts
