This was a complicated move that involved getting items from our home and storage unit and moving them into a completely remodeled condo in Austin. I mean the floors were new and the walls repainted. The movers had to manipulate items through a front door that opened onto a narrow entry before turning into the living area. Andrew and Fred completed the job quickly and without a single mark on the walls or floors. Great job guys!

The original crew that was sent was substandard,called for help multiple times,and worked from 10am til 11:30pm to load a truck that their estimator,manager and replacement crew chief all agreed should have been loaded within 8 hours.After deciding they would not finish(with only a partially loaded truck),they made the decision that they would come back the next day with another truck.Their "QA" person,Katherine,refused to accept any responsibility for their initial crew's performance or the fact that their initial truck was not fully loaded and could have (likely) hauled all of my belongings.Cody,the manager,kept telling me one thing on the phone and Katherine another.The replacement crew,led by DeAndre,was amazing..but the back office staff is only concerned about taking your money.

I would like to commend the two men that did my move. They provided excellent customer service and moved my office in a shorter time frame than I expected or planned. Based on their performance I am definitely going to look to your business next time I need to move.

Top to bottom an excellent service, Chris and his team were punctual, courteous, professional in appearance and action. My possessions were moved quickly with no issues or incident and I can't stress how professional and friendly the crew was, nice work guys!

I had SO many boxes and storage tubs. The movers were amazing in moving them in large stacks on their dollies. I was just amazingly pleased with every aspect of the move. I hope I am settled for many years in my new location but, if I need to move again, I will most certainly call Two Men and a Truck. They are the best!

The guys were great although one mover seemed like he wasn’t as experienced and he ended up damaging a piece of furniture (it fell off the ramp into the street). I’m in the process of a damage claim.

Amazing service! Movers were very friendly and made moving out a good time! However, one small complaint-- we specifically asked a different card to be charged than the one on file, but that wasn't honored.

I think it could have been done in less time than what it took I had no couches, dinning table, entertainment center, but yet it took almost eight hours for it to get done took them three & a half hours to unload but then took five & a half hours to unload. I feel it could have been done in less time. Then on the way to the new apartment they came to the apartments then left to the store. Over all I wasn’t happy I thought that I would have a good experience with two men and a truck but I didn’t. I am still waiting for the office manager to contact me about my experience after I’ve already called twice with no response on the situation. If someone would call me back and maybe refund me back for at least two hours then maybe I would recommend use two men & a truck the next time that I move.

My ultimate opinion of two men and a truck really boils down to how they handle my damage claim. I don't understand the process of determining the claim when no one comes out to physically inspect the damage. So no matter what I thought about the move itaelf which was fine. I liked my crew! Whether or not I recommend this company or use it in the future totally depends on how this claim is handled and whether or not I feel it is fair.
