There were times that I looked out the window and one of the guys was on the phone instead of moving my things. If you are going to be on the phone, you should clock me out instead of having me pay for that time. Also they took the top off my recliner couch and it is still popping off now. Granted the recliner part of my couch was broken already, but they made it worse by taking the top off and not popping it back in properly. I will not be using your services again.

Antonio and Dennis were very professional and reassuring when helping my family transition from one apartment to the next. I got a call that they were on their way, and sure enough they arrive ready to do their job. Antonio shook my hand and let me know everything was going to be great and that he'll take it from here! It didn't take much time to see them already moving along! I was shocked to see Dennis and Antonio already putting my furniture in our new apartment. Along the way Antonio made great rapport with my family, making us laugh and smile along the way! I'd recommend this service to anyone above all else! These guys know what their doing and value customer service. Thanks for everything!

I would say that I would use your company again. Had a couple of items with minor damaged, but fixable. The guys were very nice and made good time to Kyle.

The movers were pleasant enough but didn't seem to care about our things - they wrapped two oil paintings per package and this resulted in scratches on frames and two holes in the canvas of one of my oil paintings. Many pieces of furniture were scratched and one armoir was ruined. There is a very large hole in the side of it and one corner was knocked off. Some small pieces of furniture lost parts and one lamp shade was completely ruined. I have pictures of all of this on my phone. Please let me know what number to send this to. The movers were very young and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend the company or use it again. The office staff was wonderful. Marti Collum

I needed movers— fast. Two men got me on the schedule for the next day! Everything went smoothly

I have used Two Men and a Truck on several occasions. As usual, the movers showed up on time, worked quickly, took great care of my belongings and were great to be around. I can't say enough good things.

The sales person, Shawn, did not clarify that the services were being quoted on a per hour basis vs. a fixed rate. We then we called to provide payment at the end of each day instead of making payment at the end of the services provided. Our home was damaged by a truck backing into our gutter. A second move was scheduled at the end of the first day of our service, which could have been done by just continuing to work on our move.
And left the drivers tired the next day. And Cody, the operations manager, was blaming Shawn for not explaining the pricing better and "the boss" requiring payment at the end of every day. I've used TMAAT multiple times in multiple locations and every single experience is different instead of consistent.

I loved how 2 men moved the furniture and one man was in the truck securing everything. This made a huge difference as compared to other movers I've used in the past. To my knowledge I didn't have any damage to anything which has never happened one time in any move I've ever made. So congratulations for that. I also liked how the supervisor or quality control person showed up to meet me and make sure everything was happening to my satisfaction. That was a real plus for me.

I would definitely recommend Two Men And A Truck in Southwest Austin. The office staff was very courteous and responsive as well as proactive about communication. The moving team was professional and worked very hard. They take great care in wrapping and protecting belongings. Overall it is a great value and I would use them again.
