They were prompt able their arrival time with a phone call to inform me. Explained in detail how their service works and they were very cheerful and kind. Even offered suggestion on how I could arrange one of the rooms they were loading the furniture in to. I will definitely refer and use Two Men and a Truck in the future.

I emphasized we needed people who would be able to move a very heavy armoire from upstairs to downstairs - sent people who were unable to do that - has to get a second team - they tried to move armoire and wrapped it in a blanket and got it stuck in the hallway - we said they didn't need to wrap it in a blanket - did not accept that - for 6 items (3 beds, washer, dryer and couch) it took them 2 1/2 hours to move those items 4 mins away - felt like we were overcharged $440.00 to move 6 items

All of my belonging were not moved. I had to waive a second truck due to a truck being out of commission at the last minute. The result of all of this was that I had to pay an additional weeks rent and I have to rent a uhaul and move the rest of my belongings myself next weekend. This “extra cost” totaled over $600. I will not be using you again.

The guys were very nice and efficient and made everything very easy for me! Very happy with my experience.

I’ve moved with two men and a truck many times and it never tookas long or coast me as much as it did this last time. It was double the estimate. There was no hustle or actual effort put in to get it done in a timely fashion. Nice
Guys but they did not seem to care about getting it done within the estimate. They also reminded me at least 3 times about the survey and to give them 5 stars so they could get a raise. It wasn’t the professional experience I’ve had every time before. I was really upset after it was all said and done.
