Movers left bed hardware and their tools at the old residence so they couldn't put my bed tgthr at the new house. Then they wanted me to wait on their schedule to go get the parts and tools to assemble the bed. Finally spoke to the general manager and he told me that "the world wouldn't come crashing down if I didn't have a bed for a night or two." I had to get the hardware and assemble my bed and move my mattress myself. I just had back surgery a month ago which was the reason I didn't do the move myself. Very very very poor customer service and absolutely zero care and respect for their customers.

The shortfall was that the company was short of boxes, which was a negative impact for the moving crew,mass they had to use other methods to pack some items. Over all the 4 men that did the work,mere courteous and hard workers.

From the quoting process, pickup, delivery and set up, the entire experience was awesome! Casey and Julio hustled but were careful with our property and as far as we can tell, not even a scratch! We definitely recommend Two Men and A Truck and will use them again if the need arises.

There are some scratches on the front of the washer and the washer hose wasn’t put in the drain so when I used it the first time water went everywhere. The mat wasn’t put down under the braided rug. The glass shelves for the curio cabinet weren’t put on. The team worked quietly and professionally. They were on time, cordial, and helpful.

All in all the movers did okay. They were scheduled to be here between 9am and 9:30am but did not show up until 10:30am. They said it was because they had to regenerate the truck or something like that. Our move was from one floor to another so they did not need to use the truck to move items. One of the snagged our new carpet while moving a file cabinet but we fixed it.

The moving team was courteous and efficient. They did a thoroughly professional job.
