The three gentlemen you sent did an EXCELLENT job on my move from the storage locker to my home. They were polite, friendly, and worked very hard while doing this work for me. I truly appreciated their enthusiasm for their jobs as it made the day more enjoyable! They deserve to be recognized next time you have a all hands meeting...a little competition is good for everyone!

There were two issues, namely, time of the move and availability of wardrobe boxes. My initial understanding was that the move would begin at 10-11 am; it was changed to 8:30 am, entailing some last-minute scrambling. There was a commitment to having wardrobe boxes which only came after a request. The two men who did the moving were excellent, adapting to changed circumstances. Another 2 Men job was underway in the same apartment complex and may have complicated communications. Overall, a very fine effort.

Our overall experience was very good to excellent! The packers & movers were great guys, very respectful, & very efficient however we had two issues. A couple of fully packed large boxes were dragged across my wood floor leaving scuffs & scratches in several locations. The managers quickly brought in a floor expert to assess the issue & fix it. They did & I was pleased with the outcome. Second, some fragile items were not properly packed & would have been damaged if I had not noticed. Also you a absolutely need to use bubble wrap to specifically protect special items like antique clocks, family heirlooms, etc... My possession go into your storage facility for 6 months...I’m expecting they come back in the same condition they went in!

Crew was on time. Started to work immediately. Wrapped everything good. Was careful loading and unloading. That’s what we needed.

I have used Two Men And A Truck multiple times over the years. I use them for professional moves when relocating or setting up clinics, as well as for my personal use. I find that time and time again the movers are very kind, courteous, and respectful of the items they are moving as well as your time. This company is my go-to when I need anything moved based on my own personal experiences with them.
Always satisfied and comforted to know their whole staff takes as much pride and care in my items as I would.

Arrival time promised 8:30-9:30, actual arrival time 10:35. Men moved at a snail's pace. Movers were texting while on truck. Movers assumed a tip by verbally mentioning it. I had to start helping with the move to stay in budget.
