The movers did fine. They dropped a box of plates and bowls, and cracked a wooden door, but nothing too horrible. The real problem with my experience was the office team. I was told I would be contacted about the broken items, and reimbursed. Someone called me and left a voicemail, telling me to call them back. I did, and when I called back they were andquot;unavailableandquot; and I left my name and number. Since then it has been a week with no call back. Again, this isn't the fault of the movers. But whoever is running the office staff needs to figure out what's going on because they dropped the ball.

The two men were friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I can make is that they should have been a little more careful. However, most of what I was moving was large furniture and difficult to move.

We we're in a rather uegent situation and had to make an immediate move. 2 Men came to the rescue. The movers went above and beyond their job. Our move was from SC to NC and we we're in the middle of a frigid cold wave. They had to unload in very difficult conditions. They did not complain at all, even though the weather was miserable and they had to carry some extra heavy things - up steps! In our opinion Toby and Jacob we're Supermen!
