Our moving team - Lou, Josh, Scott and William were really great. They went above and beyond to be courteous and work quickly, but carefully. Lou was in charge and was communicative and helpful. Best moving team we’ve ever had and we have moved several times.

We had 4 men and two trucks to move our furniture from our old house to our new house. The men were careful with the furniture and wrapped all the loose things so they won't break. They provided an excellent service for us older folks...

The only issue is that I expected Two Men and a Truck but they sent me Three Men. I was asked if it was ok for the third person at $15.00 per hour. I said yes but I don’t think I had much choice. Where would the 3rd person go if I didn’t agree? It wasn’t a big deal but I would have like that explained to me ahead of time.

Movers were excellent. The movers and the company exceeded my expectations. When I move again which may be some time next year I will definitely call Two Men and a Truck. This company made my life and move much easier. Thank you all for what you do.

The gentleman who moved my father were beyond excellent...courteous and friendly and considerate.

The op. man., Chris, came to my house to give an estimate, scheduled me for the wrong date. I corrected him twice while he was there, noting the 2nd time that "we have to get the date right...the 24th & not the 25th because I work the 25th." He scheduled me for the 25th.
I tried calling customer service, for 2 days, to check the estimate amount (no one had called me, as OM had promised) & to be sure I was scheduled correctly. I received the answering machine, left a message, no one returned my call. The 3rd day I set my alarm for 8 AM, called, got a person who told me I was scheduled for the 25th. I said this was the wrong date. She repeated "the 25th." I asked "why would I have asked to move on a workday?' She said "I don't know & it cannot be changed." I lost $200 pay for 25th.

I'm so glad I used Two Men and a Truck for my daughter's move to her new job/new city following college graduation. I had used them before for local moves and had a good experience, so I was thrilled to see they did longer moves as well. Even when I got stressed about the move details, my rep stayed calm and courteous. The entire move went without a hitch, and it was about half the price of the other quotes I received from larger moving companies. Very happy with the entire experience!
