The movers were great, placed everything where we needed it to be all while enduring 104 degree temperatures. The lack of communication between the office and the movers placed a lot of work on them the day of pick-up and I felt badly that they were not properly instructed by the office.

The office explained the service and cost. The movers came in and were professional. One of the box springs was never covered with the mattress cover I requested. The box spring was damaged. I informed the office who said they would follow-up with repairs and never did. The movers also put a hairline fracture in one of the mirrors. The movers finished ahead of the time quoted and charged us more than what was quoted at the office even though they completed the move before the allotted time. This is now over a month later and no one has followed up to repair the damage that was done. I will neither use this company again nor recommend for anyone to use. This has resulted in an unacceptable experience for us.

Our experience was perfect except we only had 1 truck come day 1 (Wed) when we needed 2. However, we were able to get the same excellent movers back for Friday. Lou and Josh were nice, professional, and expert in all they did. Want to use them again in 9 months when we move again and will highly recommend them to our friends.

The move was quoted as taking 8 hours but the dispatcher told me that rarely is the case. The guys did not use hand trucks for the furniture, they tried to carry by hand and a lot of my belongings got pretty big chips and dings. Then the movers, Tim and Q, said that they were not given the right sized truck for the move and that I would have to reschedule for another day to move everything else. They took 7.5 hours to move 70% of the stuff quoted in the estimate. The crew that came the following Thursday were courteous and quick, getting things moved, transported and unloaded in 2 hours.

I'm very pleased with the prompt and professional survice that was provided to me. The movers that transported my furniture were very prompt, professional, and careful with my belongings. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for someone to assist them in moving. As a matter of fact their names are Matt and Jacob. I would also like to thank them again for their help.
