The office team was fantastic. The movers were incredibly nice, but super slow!! I booked movers for a 10X20 storage unit and was quoted 4-6 hours to move from the unit to my house. It took them 10! They argued that my storage unit was 10X30, but it was not. It was very hot outside, but one of the team members was incredibly slow. We used another company to move our stuff from an 11th floor condo to the storage until from Charlotte to Greer and they loaded the truck with contents from the 11th floor, drove from Clt to Greer, and unloaded it faster than you guys moved our stuff from a bottom floor storage unit to our house.

Movers arrived on time and were very helpful. The only complaint I would have is we had a number of boxes that were clearly labeled; babies room, toy room, under stairs closet etc. that wound up in the garage. Other than that VERY minor detail I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Kevin was very professional and took care of our property as if it was his own. Great!

Shavario, Hunter and Wilson were all polite, hard-working, and personable. It was as though I had asked friends to help me move. Shavario was an amazing leader and led them through a most challenging move, down a spiral staircase with large furniture such as a king size mattress and large, heavy dressers. Scared me to watch, but they did the job and did it without hitting a wall or marring the furniture (or hurting themselves, I hope!). Amazing!

The three guys that came for our move worked hard and were very polite and helpful! Great experience!

Hunter and John were our crew on our other move. We requested them for this move. They are very careful with all furniture.
I have had things damaged by other movers but did not happen with these guys. Professional, courteous and friendly.

The office personnel was great - the movers to put it bluntly - sucked. The person who was managing the movers had a very poor attitude and complained the whole time. The other 2 movers were polite. They threw all of the boxes in the middle of the living room floor and refused to take any boxes upstairs. They broke 2 bookcases and scuffed up the newly painted walls. I ordered boxes for the TVs and bags for the mattresses and box springs but the movers did not bring them. This was the 4th time I've used Two Men and a Truck and the first time the service was so poor. I'm frankly not sure I will ever use them again and can't recommend them (which I have many times in the past) for fear they would get the same treatment.
