Service was good. The only problem I had was that there was no flexibility in the service to adapt to changing circumstances.

This was a quick move for a friend going to assisted living. The guys finished their prior job early and called to see if they could come then. That really helped as time was limited. They were professional, polite and helpful in placing the furniture in the new space. Would recommend to anyone.

I was really impressed and very thankful for the four men and two trucks who moved our belongings very efficiently and with excellent attitudes. Sadly, it is rare these days to see people who work with great attitudes and seem to really like their job. Keep up the great work Cedric, Shavarious, Durrell and Scott. You are a great team and we really appreciate what you did and how you did it.

The 4 guys that packed mine and my mom's house were nice. They had great personalities. They made sure our stuff was well protected.
They did forget 3 items. 2 TV and an all in one printer.

On behalf of my brother's moving experience, movers Adrian, Spencer, and Sharmar, and the ladies we spoke with in your office/customer care area, are a credit to your company. The professionalism, teamwork, obvious pride to be affiliated with your company, and efficiency were refreshing. Thank you for cultivating and maintaining proficient associates. Our only suggestion is that you inform potential customers that boxes must have tops. My brother had not used a moving service before and when told belongings needed to be in boxes, he did not realize boxes with tops were required, which delayed the move for a day after your movers initially came. You came early next morning and moved in record time without incident. Thanks again - you guys were great.
