The 3 guys never introduced themselves until well into the move process. I think they should have done that up front and gone over some of the paperwork as well. I had a lamp that was broken and I feel they should have told me about it right when it happened. NOT after they tried to glue it back together and realized it was terribly noticeable. That seems kind of shady to me. I'm still waiting to hear back about my damage claim for the lamp. The office team explained things clearly up front but then the communication broke down after the move and I communicated about the broken lamp. My overall experience rating could change if that is resolved, but as of now this is how I feel.

Demeanor of staff excellent. Execution of move was fair. Team arrived an hour early complicating the start. They began removing draws and glass doors and left all those behind. Also left items they declared could not be handled, claimed appearance of rat feces and mold. Big surprise was I expected movers to retrieved packed boxes from a walk-in attic, but they claimed they could not enter because lack of hand rails.

Took entirely too long- Care of walls, floors, and furniture was not great. This team was not very seasoned- it was one of the guys first days- he spent a lot of time standing around waiting on instruction.
We are prior Air Force- (23 years in fact) and have moved several times over our years. These guys were not very skilled at knowing how to move furniture through openings- OR corners. We are much more accustomed to having at least ONE guy who leads the team- and is efficient at moving and maneuvering.

We were happy from the first office contact all the way thru the move of our house items which included basement and second story levels to our destination of moving them up to a 2ND story destination without an elevator during foggy, drizzly and down pouring rain. The team did a great job.

I was disappointed that they did not put anything down on the floors or cover their shoes in my new home. They were sliding furniture across hardwood floors, which made scratches. They also left furniture in the middle of rooms or doorways instead of moving it to where we reviewed.
