No communication from team lead driver Cody after job started. Started pulling away and did not finish loading. I had to chase after them. Then the crew just threw the shed items into the truck. Left a large bird pole in the yard. I have no way to transport. Table leg screw out. Was told they would give it to me on arrival. Spit on many places in driveway. Kept using bathroom. I have a disability.

Hello Sharon. We are sorry to hear that you wasn't 100% satisfied with your move experience. We spoke with Cody, he is also very disappointed about the review. He recalls that they were still in the driveway when you added the garden tools last minute that wasn't on the sales order. The crew did not take any of your furniture apart so they are unaware of the table leg screws. No one on the crew chews tobacco so we are not sure of the spitting. Two employees do admit to using your restroom once each. We strive to get perfect 5 star reply cards but sometimes we just fall short of the customers expectations and we are sorry about that happening today for you.
