The moving team was awesome! They were fast and efficient and professional. They somehow got a monstrous dresser and an elliptical up the stairs which was very impressive. They worked well together as a team. I would highly recommend you to anyone!

Moving team was great until they decided to take my laundry room doors off and couldn’t figure out how to get them back on which wasted about 40 mins for two of the guys at 185/hr isn’t a good look. They said I should get it discounted but didn’t. Also never got a final bill which is odd. We were closer to the 4-4.5 hour mark but the final total was closer to the 6.5 hour mark so I don’t know how.

We are sorry to hear that you was unhappy with your move experience. The final bill is generated after the move payment has been ran from the mover's tablet. We charge from the time we leave our office until the time we return back to our office, which is in the signed pre move letter and gone over by the CSR. You was billed for 5.75 hours not 6.5 hours. The tablet was left at your property and you stated it would be returned but has not been. That is why you hadn't gotten a generated bill. We had to turn off the service for the tablet and a replacement had to be ordered. Per the conversation with the General manager you felt that you were over charged by 15 minutes and wanted the break down of the final bill which was sent to you after the conversation. Also in the signed pre move letter it states that we do not unhook washers and dryers, but your move crew went outside of protocol and did it for you so the items could be moved the day of the move. Thank you for your reply card, it gives us the business an opportunity to address the complaint.

Excellent job moving two pianos. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable in doing a difficult move. Very detail oriented and move was done safely and efficiently. Very pleased and happy to recommend.

The day I moved was a horrible
weather day pouring rain, and humidity. The team that I had was awesome, the care that they took to wrap everything so it would not get wet was amazing. These guys really enjoyed what they were doing. They took time to ask what I wanted done, and they listened. I will recommend these gentlemen and this company to everyone.
