We needed to relocate our 85-year-old aunt on a long distance move and needed a professional to handle the relocation. Two Men and a Truck did a great job of working with our aunt and was very respectful of her and her property. It was a pleasure to work with TM&T from the first contact to the final item was offloaded from the truck.
Everything went as planned and all of her items arrived safely on our end. Our two men were James H and Steven R they both did a great job!

Still waiting on repairs to my walls after this last service. Have used your company as many as 5 times in the last 2 years. This is the first time I have reported damage.

The two men were very professional. We moved from an apartment complex to a home, that we were building. There was a tenant that asked them to move boxes to there apartment while they were moving me. I honestly could not believe the audacity of the tenant, especially knowing I paid your company to move within a certain time frame. The two movers, I think we're in shock like myself. They both told the tenant No. I respect that and felt they handled themselves very professionally.

Our moving team was great! We had no problem with them at all. But we are missing 2 grates off our gas stove. I have called twice & both times that they would get someone from operations to call me. I still have not received a call. We need our grates or we will order new ones & expect to be reimbursed! A response would be nice

I was quoted an approximate 2 1/2 hour job.
I'm willing to add on an additional 2 hours because of elevator and a drop off a bed frame at another location.
It took 8 1/2 hours for a one bedroom plus breakfront and 2 Wardrobe boxes & 3 large pictures.
Previously, you moved my mom (into the same place she moved out of). It was a 3 bedroom, tons of furniture, boxes, pictures, clothes, dropped off a washer & dryer at my house -- in 5 1/2 hours.
Same elevator at my moms's.
I have 3 chairs and a few more boxes to move from my Mother's -- I will use someone else.

I had to leave things behind due to the truck not being large enough. I had to leave numerous framed pictures behind because I was told they were’nt given enough blankets to accomplish wrapping everything up.

We would have been happier if the guys would have listen as how to move our gun safe. It took them 2.5 hours longer because of the non-cooperation or proper equipment per the movers. Not to mention the fact that they turned the whole 627 lbs safe completely upside down and dropped all the selves and broke the light that was in it. Because of that it cost way more then it should have. We will not be recommending your services.
