The crew worked very hard, they took care of everything and they were very courteous. It is rare to see someone that has the same sense of urgency that you do during a move. They actually completed my move an hour earlier than what we agreed to, which saved me money! I would definitely recommend your company.

The movers had lost three bolts to my bed and when I contacted the office to inform them of the missing pieces, I was questioned as if I did not know what I was talking about. The slates that goes across the bed frame has three holes that requires bolts and screws to be screwed into the slates. Although I was informed that the missing pieces would be replaced with universal wood screws, I prefer for the screws to be replaced with the same metal screws that the bed was made with, otherwise my bed could be damaged by using different parts.

The men did not put my bed back together properly. When I spoke with the office staff on the phone the day of the move and let them know the move. I never heard back from them.

<div>Thanks for sharing Jessica. We attempted to reach you the very next day and left a voicemail. The beds were disassembled upon arrival by yourself and our gentlemen tried to reassemble the beds. They did let you know that you were missing 3 screws for the slats.</div>
