Have used Two Men and a Truck on more than one occasion. I was moving to a brand new apartment and requested runners be placed on carpet. They were more than accommodating and a supervisor even brought the runners out as they forgot them. They work quickly and were always willing to listen to my "chatter" and move anything I requested around. Never have had an issue with them. I personally would never use any moving service; only will use Two Men and a Truck. Excellent company. All moves went smoothly. Very pleased.

Service was excellent. My only complaint was the cost. This was an internal move and it took less than one hour. Since the minimum charge is for two hours it was quite expensive.

We had a hold up and instead of starting on small items they stood around waiting for boss for approx 2 hrs. At the end, they didn’t put furniture where it needed to go and now we can’t carry on our own up the stairs. Over all did great with a few issues.

My time for move was 1230-230. I called at 230 because I had not heard anything. Was told my team was stuck somewhere and another team would be out. Move didn’t start until 330. Not sure if I would have known anything if I hadn’t called. Jeff was great! Not sure of the name of the other mover. The other mover seemed to be careless. He tried moving a desk himself and put a large ding in my wall that I just had painted. This was very frustrating.

The men that moved me were great at what they do. They were very careful with my thing’s and were very fast too i would call them again.

I thought that the gentalmen that came over and helped move our couch were very helpful and extremely nice. When they brought my couch up the stairs, they handled with care. Also, the movers were more than willing to listen to my input (even though they know WAY more than me about how to move). They still listened to me which I thought was very amazing.

They had a good personality while unloading furniture, meaning they talked and were pleasant, not like some I have been around that were like sloths and moved like a sloth. These two guys were top notch you should be proud to have them represent your company.

I had a few pieces of furniture (including a king sized bed and mattress) that I needed help moving out of storage and to my current rental house. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK was the perfect fit. They carefully moved all my items and were extremely courteous. I would definitely use them again.

Did a great jog, would have given this 5 stars but for one item, in the back of the truck one of the movers stepped up onto my sofa with his dirty shoes. The sofa is rather new so it was a moment I didn't particularly care for. He never realized what he was doing, and no one else said anything either. You may want to emphasize that standing on a customers furniture is not a good idea, even with the shoes off!
