Jennifer from the office was wonderful on the phone. She worked with me to schedule the services I needed in my price range. The moving team of James and Jorge did an excellent job of moving a 340 lb solid vanity up the stairs to the second floor. They were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck (I used the Mason office). Thank you for another job well done.

Price to high. There was a rookie mover and experienced mover which took more time in teaching. They didn’t bring power tools. Never came by in advance to inspect property to envision the work that needs to be done. Conflicting information between office and workers. Was told to leave items in drawers and they would rapp them securely...upon delivery clothes and items all over the drawers now I’m missing items that must of fell out. The workers were polite however the fear with moving is the timely manner and paying $135.00 an hour is ridiculous for the services experienced. I am a professional in my field in customer service for 23 years. Even though they reimburse me for 1-hour I still paid over 800 dollars. I had to call off work and extra day costing more money. As with any large pool of people, some are better at what they do than others, and anyone can have a bad day. But the two men who unloaded a pod for us on Oct 19 were cheerful, respectful, and efficient. From removing and re-installing a stair rail and door, to simply stacking boxes in the garage - nothing was a problem for them. We have two more pods to go, and i'm hoping these are the men who are assigned to us.

The movers were very knowledgeable and efficient. If they had any questions they did not hesitate to ask. They were very careful with all my furniture and boxes. I could not have asked for better movers. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone moving.

John and Brandon were wonderful. Very professional and efficient. I will request them for the next time I need movers.

The moving team was outstanding in every regard. They handled our antique items with exquisite care. Not a single scratch or episode of discomfort on our part. And when the elevator went out of commission toward the end of the move in, they soldiered on, carrying many of the heavy pieces up a flight of stairs to finish the job. Our expectations were exceeded in every regard!

My experience was fantastic. Mr. Turner and Mr. Tibbs were on time, acted in a professional manner, very polite, went straight to work and kept a steady pace through out the entire moving experience. They handled the furniture with care, just did a excellent job over all. I would definitely use your service again.
