The movers did not arrive until just over 2 hours after the reserved "start" window expired, which affected our moving schedule and caused us to be moving until 10:30 p.m. I cannot blame them, as it appears the job before them took too long. However, this means that the office staff must not be estimating well, and they should really have spare helpers on hand for situations such as this...it is unacceptable to keep your customer waiting that long when services were booked weeks in advance. I might forgive it if it was the first negative experience, but we had a similar issue when using 2 Men and a Truck a couple of years ago. I fully described the contents to be moved and the number of stairs, etc. The movers took a couple of hours longer than estimated, which was not cheap...

Terry was exceptional with his customer service!! He lead the other two gentlemen very well & they were very hard workers, trying to keep my needs ($$$) within a specific time frame, so I didn't have any unnecessary cost! They were a good team & I was delighted with their services :)

TJ, our driver, and Matt, the second mover, were absolutely phenomenal and excellent. They were professional and remarkably quick with our moving job. Stephanie, who helped us schedule everything at the office, was fantastic too and was able to accommodate us on very short notice. TJ & Matt were incredibly careful with our furniture and moved with astounding speed (despite our new place having no elevator and being a third-floor walk-up). Our job was originally scheduled at 3-4 hours but TJ & Matt finished in two hours which saved us a ton of money too. We couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. We will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again in the future. I've moved several times now, all around the country, and this was the best moving experience I've ever had.

I was completely satisfied with my moving experience. The two young men who moved my belongings were polite, courteous and professional.

Transparent, quick and friendly. I would recommend moving away from paper and carbon copies to electronic signatures and email confirmations.

Both men worked very hard in making our move a great experience! They were very helpful and were very receptive to our individual request. Our moving day had some rain and light snow making the teams work a little challenging. Would recommend your company to others that are planning to move!
