The office ataff were thorough and explauned everything well and were very nice over the pbone and the 2 guys that came to move me were awesome and explained everything and were very personable.

I received a phone call about half hour before the team was scheduled to arrive and was told that someone had not showed up and it would be a little longer before they came. I appreciated the phone call. Another half hour and someone else called and said the truck was in an accident and it would be another 45 minutes before they arrive. At this point I called the office because I felt they were not telling me what really was going on. They assured me that they have a team on the way. Once the team arrived though, I was very pleased with their performance. Three young gentlemen came who were very respectful of me and my belongings and they worked quick and safely. The truck was packed in a very organized fashion. I followed them to the new place. They put everything where I wanted and left.

Everything was great! Movers were quick and awesome. Only thing I don't agree with is starting the time once they leave the shop. I should start once you pull into our driveway. O well, Thanks for doing an awesome job guys! Thanks, Kyle

Associates were professional in their actions, appearance, knowledge, friendliness, attention to customer service and business minded. The whole team was always working together to meet our needs. Time management was also a welcomed attribute. Great team!

From the very first phone conversation to the completion of the move, the details specific to my situation were respected ,honored and addressed . Being in difficult circumstances beyond having to move my 80 year old mom before her house is foreclosed, I was treated with kindness, compassion and helpfulness. That is unusual for a business to show they care about the special needs of a client and go the extra step to truly help them all the way through the process. I am very grateful for that . Prior to choosing a mover, anyone I spoke with gave your company high marks. I will always do the same and will choose you for any future moving needs. Thank you so much for your reasonable rates, your good work and especially for employing people with a heart. That is what makes your company great.

The guys were early and well teamed up....great personalities and stayed on task. They took great care in wrapping and being careful of walls and floors.....I couldn't have had any better service. And both 'strong'!! You could tell they were experienced and confident in their trade!

Stephanie in the office was very polite and explained every detail of the move and cost. The 2 men who picked up items at 2 different locations and dropped off at a third, were on time, efficient and very careful regarding our items and of the large tree branches hanging down very low on the driveway. I would highly recommend and use them again.

Needed two trucks but the packing and inventory was not done properly for labeling boxes. Wanted two delivery locations but problem at first delivery caused a change but movers wanted to shove all the items into one storage unit when I had two additional storage locations available. They did not pack any lamps and left labeled boxes and a TV (wrapped in plastic) in master bedroom. I told drivers when I met at delivery site and they said I approved on walk through. Never had a final walkthrough. They said truck was full and left! Very disappointed and I am loading a U-Haul to get my stuff moved myself!
