The guys were courteous, helpful and professional!

This email comes to you with my unsatisfaction with the service, I received on 01/29/2018, by Two Men andamp; A Truck moving company. So many areas, I really want to start with so, I'll start from the beginning.

-) The time start when the truck leave your shop. When I Google map from your shop to the address given, the map gives you 20 minutes at mm miles. On the work order the driver put down arrive time at 1:00 pm, it was more like 1:15 I understand being in a truck will be a little slower, not 45 minutes.

-) In giving an estimate of what had to be moved, two of the items listed was not moved and had to be discarded by me. I also request help in unloading a large garage with a tool box, bikes cycle and other things needed moving. When I asked about the garage and it contents one of the guys

Nick was awesome! Him and his team did a great job! Stayed focused and on task. Took excellent care of all our belongings! Nick definitely is a hard worker and hustles to get the job done in a timely manner. I really appreciated their hard work!!

The moving team was exceptional in attitude, helpfulness and work ethic. They showed a genuine caring for the work they were doing.
Hope all your moving teams are that quality.

3 trucks, 8 men + 3 sons = 12 hour day. It was longer than anyone anticipated it would be, but Ben and his crew remained positive and simply could not have worked any harder. My husband and I were so happy with the level of service and care shown for our belongings. We didnandacirc;??t end up arriving at new location to begin the unloading until around 5pm and it had already been a long day (who likes to move anyway?). Crew was energized and positive and was actually running our smaller stuff into the house. They amazed us. Beyond happy with the crew and the job they did for us.

Movers had the best attitude and work ethics. Was a pleasure and made our move smooth..

Randy and Travis were really great on moving day. They listened to my concerns and addressed each one. Explaining why they do things they way that they do. Everything got to it's destination with the utmost care and most importantly they finished on time! It was an exhausting day and they made it much easier to deal with. Thanks also to the office staff. They were very through and kept me in the loop the whole way through. I will use Two Men and a Truck again.

The moving team was very nice, fast and efficient.

Other than a late arrival this experience was fantastic. The team did a great job of service recovery.
