Very understanding, nice, and helpful men! Especially when I kept having to push back my arrival time due to the pick up spot having house showings unexpectedly the day of without my knowledge. Didn't mind adding a few rugs to the truck either when my mother asked them to load them too because the pick spot was giving them away.

My husband needed to help them lift the heavy objects.
They did not bring any moving straps, which definitely would have helped them.
