Dale started with Two Men and a Truck in March 2023 and has quickly worked his way up. He began as a driver and is now thriving in his role as Operations Manager. Dale really enjoys being there for people when they need a helping hand. Building strong connections with customers and mentoring the younger crew are some of his favorite parts of the job. When he's not at work, you'll likely find Dale at a car show, out fishing, or spending time with his family.

Haley has been with us for quite some time, and throughout her time here, she has consistently proven to be a dependable, hardworking, and positive presence in the office. Her experience and familiarity with our processes make her an essential part of our daily operations, and someone both her teammates and our customers can rely on.

She has a true passion for helping people and takes pride in making each customer’s experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. Haley goes the extra mile to ensure that every detail is handled with care, and her friendly, approachable personality makes her a joy to work with. She truly embodies what it means to move people forward, and her dedication does not go unnoticed.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys expressing her creativity through photography and loves unwinding while listening to music.

As a Sales Coordinator with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, Jacob brings valuable experience and in depth knowledge of the moving industry to every customer he works with. His goal is to make each move as smooth and stress-free as possible, and his attention to detail ensures nothing gets overlooked.

Jacob’s understanding of the moving process from start to finish makes him a go-to resource for customers and teammates alike.

When he’s not in the office, Jacob enjoys spending time with his kids and family, making memories and enjoying life outside of work.

Mark brings years of customer service experience to his role, along with a professional background working for the State of Ohio. His experience has helped shape his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to providing excellent service to every customer he interacts with.

He has a genuine passion for helping people and takes pride in making each move as smooth and stress-free as possible. Mark understands the importance of clear communication and dependable service, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. His dedication truly reflects our mission of moving people forward.

When he’s not at work, Mark enjoys spending time playing video games and relaxing after a productive day.

Monica joined the team in May and has already made a big difference in our daily flow. She’s all about the social side of the job—chatting with new people and building connections is what she enjoys most about working at TMT. Outside of work, she’s usually out hiking, kayaking, or camping whenever she gets the chance!

Meet Samuel, the newest addition to our team! Samuel joined us in March as our Community Outreach Specialist and has already made a difference through his dedication to community engagement. He enjoys connecting with others and helping support those around him in meaningful ways.
