Nicole was very friendly, patient and helpful. The moving team (Willie, Billie and James) were friendly, careful and professional. I’d like to request the same team for our next move in couple months.

I hired this company for a local move on May 14. The representatives (Nicole) and schedulers were great to work with. However, due to a mishap in which the driver backed into the gutter overhang, I’m not giving the moving team a rating of excellent. There should have been a spotter to ensure the driver had good clearance, and it was evident the driver put too much gas on the pedal when backing up. The moving team apologized many times, and were courteous, and accommodating. The staff was great in getting the repairs done quickly, in time for the new homeowner to move in.
Recommendation: Always use a spotter while backing up.

The two guys that moved my stuff were fantastic. They were curteous and they kept a smile. They moved my furniture with the greatest care in the world. Like they made my life that much easier and they were fast about it. They didn’t mind picking up extra stuff I had packed up. It was great. I’m just upset that I couldn’t tip the guys because I forgot to go to the bank they were so good so I help this review helps them get a raise or something more valuable.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Where it’s understandable that some dents and dings will occur we had quite a bit of floor scratches at our prior home as well as dents. I had to repair all of it post move. At our new home we had some similar bangs into the walls that I was able to repair and repaint, but also had some long scratches in our wood floors. The guys were very friendly and helpful overall, but these pieces seemed to be numerous.

They were fine moving us out but then it went south moving us into a brand new house. Hit my mailbox with no one out of the truck. Then backed truck onto my new concrete driveway after being told not to, still 3 movers in the truck. Did not pad the door jam and unwrapped things in the truck before carry them in. Doors fell open on cabinets while being carried in and dented end of new railing. Didn’t pad wooden filing cabinets after being told to and scratched and nicked them moving them in. One mover, the one in charge was rushing out of the house hitting the threshold hard with the dolly. My wife couldn’t watch and I had to tell him to slow down multiple times. I’m getting an estimate from my builder for the repairs for the damage done.

Very pleased with the crew led by Ray. We were moving my 95 yr old mother at a retirement facility. They were careful but steady. I would hire them, including Will and Justin again.

My movers were polite and courteous. They took excellent care of my property. I have had many things scratched and broken from past movers. After seeing how my movers took such good care of my items I would definitely use your services in the future.

Your office staff were very professional. I had to change dates multiple times due to house closing date kept changing, however they were able to keep our move scheduled for us. The movers were awesome. Very professional, pleasant and nothing seemed to phase them, and they took the time to make sure nothing was damaged during the move. I would very highly recommend your company to friends and family and if needed I will surely use your company again. Thank you for helping to make all aspects of the move a seamless process.
