13.5 hours to move basically a 2 bedroom house. Ridiculous. I moved over 30 boxes myself and 2 bedrooms of a 4 bedroom home be fore they arrived to try and save some money still ended up paying what the quote was if not more. Sad considering you pay them on an hourly rate.

I had five movers total. One had an injury so he was “just the driver”. The movers arrived 30 plus minutes after scheduled time. The manager called to explain the situation. They got to work right away. I was impressed with strength these young men had. They moved some very heavy pieces of furniture. I would use Two Men and a Truck again. I’ve been bragging about them! Thank you

My overall decision of choosing Two Men and a Truck was my initial conversation with the office and Ayashe. When I called I had spoken with other places to see about getting a quote. I didn't really know what I was doing as I had never used movers yet. I explained to everyone that I didn't know how it worked and that I was emptying my mom's house, who passed away. The situation was hard enough on me, but Ayashe was so understanding and helpful everytime I spoke with her it gave me comfort to know that I was in good hands. Not sure on how competitive pricing was, because after my initial conversation the fact that she was so helpful and caring of my situation that is all that mattered to me. Thank You for the comfort and great care of my mother's items.

Movers worked very hard. They were professional and polite.

I had the following expectations about the move. I expected they would damage some furniture and they did break 1 chair. I expected they would hit the walls moving the furniture and they did do minor damage. I expected they would scrape some of my furniture and they did scrape the fridge. I expected they would wrap my furniture to protect it and they did. I expected they would put it where I wanted it and they did. I expected them to be polite and courteous and they were. I have no complaints about the move and have recommended the company to a friend with the advise of having basic expectations about what will happen. They moved me better then I could have done myself. Thank you for your work.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience. I recommend Two Men and a Truck for anyone having to move and will use them again later this year.

I do have a couple of issues. I was charged a flat rate of $1200.00 since i was moving just across the Ohio/Indiana border to Richmond, IN from Tipp City, OH. I really feel that this should have been rated hourly as the drivers from start to leaving my new place was only 4 hours. I have yet to hear back about the hole in the ceiling of my staircase and should have heard something back by now, it's been over a week since the damage report was made and I was told a week ago on 6/7 that it would only be a day or 2 more before I heard something back about it being fixed.

The guys were very professional and followed my directions very well. They never slowed down and I appreciated there extra efforts to move me in the time I had estimated. Awesome job!
