The team of movers were polite and respectful. There was a lot of work and the team hustled from the start of the day until the end. Unfortunately there were items that were damaged not during the move out or during the transport, but during the unloading of the truck. I feel that this was due to fatigue from working all day.

The guys had some issues backing the truck and damaged my yard. Their attitudes we're great, they literally ran all day, 8 hours, and just beat the rain. They had to pack the truck super tight, but got everything in 1 trip. I had 1 picture frame broken, and some scratches on the floor and dryer, but I thinks it's because they were hurrying to get everything moved in one day. Overall, I was happy. Considering what they did in 1 day. They were actually amazing

The leader did a walk through and planned well what to move sequentially , I liked that. They worked well together, but the youngest member needed supervision, we have two deep gouges in floor and banister from a slip with a piece of furniture and at old address a chunk of deck was taken out, We were told not to empty drawers, don’t recommend this.

They were 90 min. late, complained that they had to move more than the 19 items on the inventory (6-8 hours allowed) and trampled my flower beds, were cussing and didn't follow directions. Tried to end the job early, changed personnel mid shift during a 3 hour lunch while I moved the majority of my stuff to the area for donations. I gave specific directions on what to retrieve while I went to close on my house...came back to them in their truck to leave with the items I'd designated to move not being touched but they spent and charged extra for the 2 hours they moved the stuff id put in donation stack (unneccesarily & unauthorized) I was livid at the avoidance and disrespect they showed when we paid over 2k and still need to hire movers for remaining items. My anger was ignored by mgmt.

They arrived on time, a phone call they were on their way, (love that) they were very professional, curtious, respectful and caring. They used their time wisely. Very friendly too, I like the really tall guy didnt even need a ladder ! These 2 guys were a dream come true for moving all my worldly possessions. I highly recommend them ! Thankyou !

The guys who moved the furniture were very professional and knew what they were doing.

Three movers total. My understanding was one was a trainee. Had pick up at two locations and unload at third. Movers were very efficient and professional. Pick up and unload sites were over 30 miles apart. Estimate was for just over 3 hours but job was completed well under that. Very pleased. Would definitely use again when needed.

The crew was on time and very professional. It was Elijah’s second day but he carried his weight. Travis was an excellent addition to the crew. I am so grateful for there positive attitudes during a stressful time.

We were very pleased with the personal demeanor and attitude of our moving team. Even though they took time to wrap and protect our furniture, they waisted no time, which is very important when paying by the hour. If all are like our team, we highly recommend!
