I was happy with the entire experience with only one exception. A computer was a part of the move, and the mover's handled it care by placing it in the cab of the truck versus the bed. However, the items was missed upon delivery. It took us a few days to go through all items and we then discovered the computer was missing. I had to call the office, and they then confirmed the item was there. We asked if they would deliver it, but we were told they could not get to it for over a week. I found this to be a poor customer experience. Why did I have to call versus get the call from you indicating the missing item? Why did one of the office staff not offer to bring the missing item themselves. This made me feel like a secondary customer, like I no longer mattered.

I was disappointed that they could not get all my pieces in that big truck I had to rent a pick up truck the next day to move five pieces and I still have a couple over there that I can’t fit in my car.

The movers were just fine... We do have a tv broken and they forgot two lamp shades.. But my real problem is I have called 3 to 5 times to get the lamp shades and talk about the tv with no response.. That part upsets me alot. Its been over a week and a half and stil nobody ha called me back.

Awful. Broken items, missing items, a complete lack of response from the franchise manager. I can easily say that it was my worst moving experience ever. Not only can I not recommend it I will actively advise to avoid this company at all costs. Credit where credit is due, two highly fragile items were moved without incident. But moving my dresser with the drawers in it was ill advised and resulted in breakage. Worst of all has been the near total lack of response from Ben White, the manager. I’ve called repeatedly and have received a sum total of one email where he didn’t even acknowledge what I’d already told him on voicemail.

Bed not set up correctly. Had to buy new frame--99$. Broke and fixed dresser, ok, but I have to pay in time used for that fix? I am about ready to call a lawyer.

HORRIBLE experience. The movers were slow, it was clear that they were doing it to go over the time to charge more, I have pictures of them sitting on the truck playing! My husband and I (5 months pregnant)had to start moving stuff ourselves to make sure we could move things along. After carefully explaining where the furniture was to be taken in to they did whatever they wanted and then when I pointed out that things were incorrectly done they said it would take a while to fix and they would need to charge extra. They damages one of my walls after they incorrectly placed the bed and one of the movers left prior to finishing the job! The worst part is that I called the office to talk to someone and they told me Hanna or Ben would call me, this was on Tuesday, it is Friday and no call.

Several issues:
Time estimate for job was WAY off from what it actually tool. Took 3 - 4 hours longer than estimate and we even had an extra crew for part of the unload.
Several items had minor damage due to crew not planning the well when removing it from house. Washer is no longer working and is being evaluated for damage.
Near the end of the unload the crew (primarily some guy named "Jets") tried to get out of moving the washer and dryer into the basement. They claimed it was too wide without measuring it properly.
Overall, I was quite disappointed in the move. Took too long and was poorly planned.

Cheerful workers. Arrived promptly and hustled at load up point. Helpful office staff at pickup point of boxes and paper. Mover went to wrong location for delivery of load , lost time there. Left truck running while they loaded goods. Do I pay for that gas? I gave them a better route for the added drop off points for extra stops ?? I would expect someone in the office would have their route planned out for efficiency. We had 3 dishes break. Two of them were in a box marked very fragile China. I felt like they were a bit careless. One table top got a significant scratch.

Our movers were very polite, excellent workers, and quick paced. Unfortunately in our yard there was a wire down and when they pulled in the truck totally cleared the wire. However when they backed up the wire came down & pulled a piece of siding came down as well. The men were quickly at it. The guarentee'd it would be fixed, then were looking at it themselves. Without this mishap this was a excellent move choice. The men did excellent jobs!

The guys scratched the top of my hutch and I mentioned it to the guy who called. They had someone out in less than a week who fixed it! I didn;t even have to ask. Very ethical company
