Furniture was scuffed and chipped. Furniture was turned upside down in bedroom.
Team called off work. They were supposed to come between 8 and 10. They came @ 2 and weren’t finished till 11. At 4 the team added two more men Wallace and Larry and they were faster! They were supposed to take patio furniture, downstairs tv and did not. I ended up loading up my car twice with items they were supposed to move. They put boxes in wrong rooms.

You guys were awesome. Had to keep re-scheduling based on my apartment and the office people were awesome. Just a lost lamp and busted trashcan through it all. Not a big deal based on the overall service. Will and have already recommended to friends.

Travis and Mario were our movers. We had a ton of stuff and were moving several hours away. From the minute they arrived they were friendly, courteous, and got right to work. They were insanely strong and very skilled at carrying all sorts of furniture up and down stairs and through doorways without a scratch. Even though it was a very long day and about 90 degrees out, they powered through and were still smiling at the end of the day. I was amazed at what a great job they did, and how efficient and skilled they were. Thank you Travis and Mario! I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck's services.

This is the 1st time I have ever used a moving comp., but since we were moving out of state it was really the only choice. I was here for the movers to pack up our belongings, my husband was down south to recv them. I had previously decided there were items I was nt going to let the movers take as they were to precious to me, so I had those in our trailer. Then the boys..movers arrive, we spent the entire day together while they loaded my life into the trucks. I seriously talkd about them for 3 days to anyone that wld listen. They were friendly, caring, careful, thorough with everything they did. Seeing this, I let them take those precious items in my trailer. They were here less than an hr, I texted my husband "they are worth every penny". Hubby seriously loved how Polite they were.

My moving team (KJ and Jason) were PHENOMENAL! I actually enjoyed what could have been a very stressful experience. They were professional yet jovial; they made me smile and laugh all day, even during a significant rain delay. I HIGHLY recommend them and WILL recommend them to anyone I know who is moving. This was not the first time we used 2 Men and a Truck. In the past, when we call and reserve a truck, the sales rep would discuss the time for the entire move. I was told 11 - 2. I was under the impression, like before, that the arrival time is 11. But, after several attempts to get the dispatcher (no answer and left 2 messages) I went for another person to talk to. They informed me that the arrival time is somewhere between 11 and 2. This is unacceptable. I thought only the cable company provided such a large window. The movers showed up at 12:50. They were sorry and did a wonderful job moving - no complaint. We were very disappointed that the sales person did not explain it clearly. Thank you.
