Showed up early and got right to work even being short staffed. A supervisor stopped by with an additional man due to our piano. Friendly and courteous moving staff! Would highly recommend.

I’ve used Two Men and a Truck about 10 times over the past years and have had a great experience. This move was nothing like the others. I had to call into the office when my movers were not at my home two hours past arrival window. I was told there was no one who could come out at the scheduled time because of staffing issues. They ended up sending 2 people instead of 3, 3 hours part my moving window. I called into the office multiple times during this period. The staff was very helpful and sent a human resource person to my home to check on things. After the move got started it progressed as expected. I was just very disappointed in the overall experience. My move was completed at 11:00 Pm which was WAY later than I had planned. I was scrambling to meet the deadline on my home.
