The guys on my move team were amazing. Each of them introduced themselves and were very kind. They all thanked me for using Two Men and a Truck and all were very polite.

The estimate was so far off that they didn't have enough room in the truck for all our belongings, causing us to have to load our cars multiple times after the initial move was completed. The move overall took 10 hours. 10 HOURS! We scheduled internet installers based on our estimate, who couldn't install anything because the movers had only just arrived at our new place. Movers were looking inside our boxes to see what was in them, and piling boxes clearly marked andquot;heavyandquot; on top of computer monitors and fragile boxes, then bouncing them down the stairs with no caution. No cabinets were wrapped closed, and we're currently missing a few items that have yet to be located. When we called the company afterward they gave us a slight discount, but nowhere near what I feel the situation warranted.

So in the beginning, things seemed to go pretty well. I got Jesse as my point person. He was pretty friendly and tried to be as helpful as he could. BUT, there were a couple details he mishandled when helping me plan my move: 1) That I could lose my move out date if I don't have an exact plan to move my things. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. 2) He asked me if I had cats as one of his movers is allergic to cats. I told him that I had two, and he told me that they wouldn't send the mover who's allergic to cats... they sent the mover who's allergic to cats. He had to stay outside for most of the visit. The movers came almost an hour early than the start time. But they were great guys. They were professional and cool to work with. I may use them in the future..may.

I was surprised when I paid the final bill there is a line to enter a tip! Why donandacirc;??t you just up your price and pay the movers more? I felt the tip was very awkward, how much of a tip is proper? I thought the total bill included ALL of the cost.

The two men that came were excellent in their job. My mom has dementia and kept trying to hug them both. They were both very understanding and accommodating to her. I would definitely recommend them.
