Packers and movers arrived a bit later than contracted time. They worked in good rhythm. Several items had minor damage; my hearing aids have gone missing and cannot yet be located.

TEACH MOVERS ABOUT WARMTH andamp; FRIENDLINESS. ALSO THEY WOULD NOT HOOK UP MY CONVERTER BOX ONCE WE REACH OUR DESTINATION, PLUS THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO LEAVE IT PLUGGED IN DURING THE MOVE. I AM STILL UNABLE TO WATCH TV, EVEN NOW! IS THIS CO POLICY?

The movers were very polite and professional at all times. They were patient and understanding as my wife continued to add items to the move that were not originally part of the items indicated. The office staff was extremely thorough walking thru the process and detailing the items that I would be moving.
